Data Sharing

Your personal data is never shared, sold, or rented to any third parties. The single exception is document analysis in the Evrak Asistanı app: the document image you upload is sent to a third-party AI provider so its fields can be read (see the "Evrak Asistanı App" section below).

Evrak Asistanı App (evrak.araciteknoloji.com)

Evrak Asistanı is an AI-powered app that turns photos/PDFs of invoices, producer receipts, and restaurant checks into editable accounting records. It runs on a separate subdomain (evrak.araciteknoloji.com) with its own data-processing flows independent of this website.

A document you upload to the app is processed only to create a record: the image is sent to OpenRouter, a third-party AI provider, to extract its fields (date, company name, tax ID, amount, VAT). Document images are not stored in Aracı Teknoloji's database; only a technical hash reference is kept. The record data you approve is stored in the app database and can be exported as Excel/CSV.

Evrak Asistanı currently runs in an early version without user accounts; records therefore appear in a shared list accessible to everyone using the app. This policy will be updated when personal accounts and access isolation are introduced.
