Which documents can it read?
In the MVP we read invoices, producer receipts, and restaurant checks from photos. Fields such as date, tax ID, amount, and VAT are extracted automatically; you correct them on the approval screen and finalize the record. Handwritten documents and additional document types are on our roadmap.
How are my documents and data processed?
Your uploaded document is processed only to create a record: the image is sent to a third-party AI provider (OpenRouter) to read its fields (date, company, tax ID, amount, VAT). Document images are not stored in our database — only the record data you approve is kept. The current version has no user accounts; records appear in a shared list visible to everyone using the app. Personal accounts and access isolation are coming soon. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Is it integrated with e-invoice?
Today you export approved records as Excel/CSV, ready to move into your existing accounting package and e-invoice flow. Direct e-invoice integration and connections to accounting software are planned for the post-MVP phase.
